Fixed windows are frameless as standard. The sliding parts, here as for one of the first projects, were fitted with Skywall Panorama Mini windows.
Sliding windows are only 50 mm thin. Lightness, which often suits architecture best.
The elegance of subtlety is enhanced by the black finish on brushed oak in a deep matte finish.
From the outside, the sliding frames are covered with glass. The windows become all-glass walls. The frames disappear, creating a clean, minimalist design.
At the request of the architects, the glass is not printed in standard black, but in dark brown, which continues the overall character of the house.
Gallery of human creativity
A family home in which nothing is done as it is usually done. It is a home in which almost everything you look at is a unique original and, conversely, there are only so many things that can be bought that they could be counted on the fingers of one hand. It is a home in which all, even the smallest details, are part of one whole, one great vision. A vision where incredible technology and comfort, beauty, love and happiness have de facto come together into one true work of art...
The house is designed to make the most of the given location, its world orientation, the shape of the land and the terrain. In this house, all rooms have a magnificent view that the given location offers. At the same time, all rooms have the no less necessary privacy. Not only from the house, but also from all parts of the garden, this view remains secured, the parking terrace, garage, garage for a motorhome, outdoor gym, sauna and bathrooms have a view, simply all rooms... because the views here are impressive and you can't not use them.
The house has a world-unique method of very efficient and completely artistically conceived heating and cooling with lightning-fast start-up and the ability to immediately respond to changes in solar conditions. These are sculptures that are in various forms under the ceiling in each room. Right in the entrance hall, you will be amazed by the sculpture of two levitating gentlemen, who are pulling each other on a blanket, next door in the dining room, there is a spiral cloud under the ceiling, incorporated into the original hood above the tepan-yaki grill hidden in the island, and behind it in the living room, you will be captivated by the large chandelier.
The absolute uniqueness of the houses is the prototype of the recuperation, which exchanges air only in the facade of the given room and there are no distributions anywhere in the house. The flow of air supply through the recuperation is only vertical, so it completely eliminates the possibility of any dirt settling in the pipes.
